Sealmaster® fire seals feature Aluminium carriers for the seals, which enables the smoke sealing blades to be replaced in situ without removing the door(s).
This reduces maintenance costs and allows for damaged or worn seals to be quickly replaced to maintain the integrity of the installation.

All Sealmaster® seals conform to the appropriate BS standards for fire, smoke and fire& smoke containment.
In addition independent fire tests have been undertaken on removed seals, some up to 18 years old, and all showed performance in excess of the standard 60 minutes required.
Sealmaster® intumescent materials attain a final volume up to 40 times the original packed volume sealing gaps of up to 6mm without putting excess pressure on doors and frames, which could hamper the efforts of resuce services seeking intentional entry.
Sealmaster® smoke seals withstand temperatures up to 250 degrees centigrade.
The ULTIMA range has two types of intumescent material and is ideal for refurbishment projects as it imparts stability to door assemblies during a fire.
Intumescent plugs are used to prevent heat transfer by door hinges, latch plates etc., which could cause charring or ignition if not supressed.
Ventilators are 60 minute rated for fitting in 30/60 minute rated fire doors. They are available is fire only or fire & smoke stopping types; a kit allows ventilators to be fitted in walls. Standard finish is Satin Aluminium but other coloured finishes are available to special order.
